Visit Morocco’s imperial capitals, cross the High Atlas via the Tizi-n’Tichka Pass, venture into the Sahara dunes of Merzouga for sunrise & sunset camel rides, and return through cedar forests & valleys. Finish where you began, richer with memories.

Itinerary
Day 1: Fes → Meknes → Volubilis → Chefchaouen
  • Pick-up in Fes (hotel or riad).
  • Drive to Meknes, visit Bab al-Mansour, the Royal Stables, granaries, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.
  • Continue to Volubilis, the beautiful Roman ruins (UNESCO), stroll amid ancient pillars & mosaics.
  • Head north through the Rif Mountains to arrive in Chefchaouen, the tranquil Blue City.
    Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 2: Chefchaouen → Rabat
  • Morning free in Chefchaouen to explore & enjoy the blue-washed medina.
  • Drive to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. Visit the Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Kasbah of Oudaya.
    Overnight in Rabat.

Day 3: Rabat → Casablanca → Marrakech
  • Depart Rabat after breakfast, drive along the Atlantic coastline to Casablanca.
  • Visit Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche, Mohammed V Square; optional stop at Rick’s Café.
  • Then drive inland to Marrakech. Enjoy evening in Jemaa el-Fna.
    Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 4: Marrakech Sightseeing
  • Guided walking tour: Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, souks, Koutoubia Mosque.
  • Afternoon visit to Majorelle Garden (if pre-booked) and modern districts.
  • Evening free for souks or relax.
    Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 5: Marrakech → High Atlas → Aït Ben Haddou → Rose Valley → Dades Valley
  • Early departure over Tizi-n’Tichka Pass with scenic stops & Berber villages.
  • Visit the UNESCO Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah.
  • Through Ouarzazate, the palm groves of Skoura, the fragrant Rose Valley.
  • Arrive in the Dades Valley for sunset views.
    Overnight in Dades Valley.

Day 6: Dades Valley → Todra Gorges → Merzouga Desert
  • Breakfast, then scenic drive through Dades, stopping at panoramic viewpoints.
  • Continue to Todra Gorge, walk through the canyon.
  • In afternoon head to Merzouga, switch to camel ride as the sun sets over the Sahara.
  • Evening dinner & music in the luxury desert camp.
    Overnight in Merzouga Desert Camp.

Day 7: Merzouga → Rissani → Erfoud → Ziz Valley → Cedar Forests → Ifrane → Fes
  • Sunrise in the dunes and breakfast.
  • Depart the desert through Rissani market. Visit Erfoud’s fossil workshops.
  • Drive through the Ziz Valley with many photo stops.
  • Continue to cedar forests near Azrou, observe Barbary macaques.
  • Proceed to Ifrane, known for its alpine style, then final leg back to Fes.
  • Drop-off at your hotel/riad in Fes.
    End of tour.
